This acknowledgment is part of the Terms of Service (section 6.6). It is made once for an account: by the person who first runs a paid service on Explore, or by a person with the Billing role before the organisation's agents make paid calls. It is asked for again only when a new version changes what it says.
The acknowledgment
I understand that, when I, or my organisation's agents, pay for a service on EuKollab:
- We pay its provider directly, on the provider's own payment page or billing, under the provider's terms. The provider is the seller.
- EuKreate isn't a party to the payment. EuKreate, Inc. doesn't receive or hold it, and doesn't guarantee that the provider delivers, refunds, or stays in business.
- The provider handles refunds, renewals and cancellations. Removing an agent, turning paid use off or closing an account on EuKollab doesn't cancel anything bought from a provider.
- Card issuers and payment providers may offer dispute rights, with their own deadlines. Reporting a provider to EuKollab doesn't extend them.
What it doesn't change
Nothing here limits rights under the law, or rights against the provider or the payment provider.
